Recipe Ideas:
Pizza Dough Ingredients: 340 ml lukewarm water, 60 g oil, a pinch of salt, 500 g Schär Mix It! Universal, 10 g dry yeast or 21 g fresh yeast.
Preparation: First, add lukewarm water, then oil and salt to a bowl, then add flour, and finally the yeast. Mix the dough with the dough hook for 30 seconds on low speed, then knead the dough on speed 2 for as short a time as possible. The dough should be homogeneous but only slightly sticky. Shape the dough into a ball by hand and let it rest covered for 30 minutes. Then knead the dough briefly again, then shape it into round pizzas or roll it out to the size of a baking sheet. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise for another 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 230°C (240°C top/bottom heat). Spread the dough with tomato sauce and place it in the oven. Bake until lightly golden, then top with your desired ingredients and bake until the desired color is achieved.
White Bread Ingredients: 420 ml lukewarm water, 30 g oil, 5 g salt, 500 g Schär Mix It! Universal, 10 g dry yeast or 21 g fresh yeast.
Preparation: First, add lukewarm water, then oil and salt to a bowl, then add the Schär Mix It! Universal and finally the yeast. Mix all ingredients with the dough hook for 30 seconds, then knead at medium speed for 2 minutes. Grease a 30 cm long loaf pan thinly and pour the dough into the pan. Smooth the dough with a little water, then cover with a damp cloth and let it rise for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C convection (or 210°C top/bottom heat) and place an empty metal baking tray on the bottom of the oven to preheat. Cut the bread in the middle from front to back with a moistened or oiled knife, fill the empty, preheated metal baking tray with 100 to 200 ml of water, place the bread in the oven and immediately close the oven. Bake for 50 minutes. Let the bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove it from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack. If preparing the bread in a bread machine, halve the ingredients and select a program with a duration of 1.50 hours.
Sponge Cake: Ingredients: 250 g butter, 250 g sugar, 1 packet vanilla sugar, 5 eggs, 50 ml milk, 350 g Schär Mix It! Universal, 10 g baking powder, 1 pinch of grated lemon zest.
Preparation: Beat butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until creamy. Add three of the 5 eggs one at a time, then mix in the milk. Then add half of the flour and then add the remaining two eggs one at a time. Finally, add the remaining flour, baking powder, and lemon zest and mix the batter for 1 minute. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan and bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
