With this gluten free buttercream mix from FunCakes you can make a delicious buttercream! the gluten-free buttercream is ideal as a topping on your cupcakes or as filling in your sponge cake. You can add a flavour to your buttercream if you wish.
Preparation: Mix 150g of mix with 100ml water. Let it rest for 1 hour. Whip 180g of softened butter for 2 minutes. Add half of the softened butter to the mix and mix until the mixture has been completely absorbed. Add the rest of the butter and mix for another 5 minutes at high speed. Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.
