The Proofing cloth and changeover cloth gives your dough hold and protects the bread dough from drying out. The proofing cloths is ideal for hygienic processing of all fermentation products. The pearling effect prevents the dough from sticking, completely without flouring. This means less flour dust in the baking room, and mildew formation is inhibited due to the coating.

The Changeover cloth measures 60x40cm and is made of 280gsm mixed fabrics (65% polyester / 35% cotton). The proofing cloth should be washed in the washing machine at 40°C with conventional washing agents - without using of bleach, oxygen bleach or bleach-containing detergent, and do not use fabric softener. Washing up to 90°C is possible but not necessary. Detailed are instructions are provided in the information leaflet accompanying the product.
