With the Spätzli / Frisettes POM Pasta Die, you can quickly create delicious homemade noodles with a characteristic wavy shape using your Philips Pasta Maker. 🍝 The Frisettes are approximately 6mm wide and 0.8mm thick and are perfect as egg noodles served with sauces, pesto or as a delicious side dish.

One of the great advantages of this pasta die is that it can be used without an additional adapter. It is compatible with both the Philips Pasta Maker Avance Collection and the newer Philips Pasta Maker Series 7000, allowing you to insert the die directly and start making homemade Spätzli or Frisettes.

The delicate, slightly wavy pasta shape is perfect for holding sauces. How to clean the pasta die:
For easy cleaning, use our pasta cleaning tool. First remove any remaining dough from the back of the pasta die. Allow the dough remaining inside the small openings to dry completely for approximately 8 hours. Once dry, tap the die gently and use the thin tip of the cleaning tool to push the remaining dried dough out through the openings from the front.
