How to Clean Your Pasta Die

After making pasta, first remove as much fresh dough as possible from the back of the die. Allow any dough remaining inside the openings to dry completely for approximately 8 hours.

Once the dough has dried, gently tap the die to loosen the residue. You can then use the cleaning tool to remove any remaining pieces of dough. Carefully insert the appropriate flat tip through the openings from the front of the pasta die.

Tip: Always choose the tip that fits easily into the opening and avoid applying excessive pressure to prevent damage to the pasta die.
