With the 3mm Hörnli POM Pasta Die, you can easily make your own small Hörnli using your Philips Pasta Maker. 🍝 The die shapes the pasta dough into small, curved tubes, bringing a true Swiss pasta classic straight into your kitchen.

Homemade Hörnli are wonderfully versatile. Use them for traditional Swiss Älplermagronen, Hörnli with minced meat, pasta salads or simply serve them with your favourite sauce. 🧀🥄 You can also experiment with different pasta dough recipes, flours and natural ingredients to create your own unique homemade pasta.

The Hörnli pasta die can be used without an additional adapter in compatible Philips Pasta Makers. It is suitable for the Philips Pasta Maker Avance Collection as well as the new Philips Pasta Maker Series 7000. Simply insert the die, prepare your pasta dough and start producing fresh homemade Hörnli directly from the machine.

The pasta die is made from POM (polyoxymethylene), a durable and resistant plastic that is also used for manufacturing precision components. Its precise construction helps create consistently shaped pasta with the characteristic tubular Hörnli design.

How to clean the pasta die:
For cleaning, use our cleaning tool. First remove any remaining dough from the back of the pasta die. Allow the dough remaining inside the openings to dry completely for approximately 8 hours. Once dry, gently tap the die and use the thin tip of the cleaning tool to push the remaining dried dough out through the openings from the front.
