The Fusilli XL pasta disc is made from POM (Polyoxymethylene), a strong and durable plastic commonly used for precision components. Its properties make it particularly suitable for pasta discs, and the material is also dishwasher safe.

How to Clean Your Fusilli Pasta Disc

For easy cleaning, use our pasta disc cleaning tool. First remove any excess dough from the back of the pasta disc.

Allow any remaining dough inside the openings to dry completely for approximately 8 hours. Once dry, gently tap the disc and use the fine tip of the cleaning tool to push the remaining pieces of dough through the openings from the front.
