Cleaning the pasta die:
After use, first remove any remaining dough from the back of the pasta die. Allow dough remaining inside the detailed openings to dry completely for approximately 8 hours. Once dry, gently tap the die and push the remaining dough out from the front using a suitable thin cleaning tool.

For cleaning, we recommend our cleaning tool. The original Philips cleaning tool is too thick for the fine openings of our decorative pasta dies. Carefully insert the thin tip through the openings from the front to remove dried dough residue.
