How to Clean Your Pasta Die 🧼

For particularly easy cleaning, we recommend using our pasta die cleaning tool.

After use, first remove excess dough from the back of the pasta die. Allow any dough remaining inside the small openings to dry completely for approximately 8 hours.

Once dry, gently tap the die to loosen the dough. Any remaining pieces can then be pushed out through the openings using the fine tip of the cleaning tool.

Your Hörnli pasta die will then be ready for your next batch of delicious homemade pasta. 🍝✨
