The Gnocchi Pasta Disc is made from POM (Polyoxymethylene), a particularly strong and durable plastic commonly used for precision components. Its properties make it an excellent material for detailed pasta discs.

How to Clean Your Gnocchi Pasta Disc

For easy cleaning, we recommend our pasta disc cleaning tool. First remove any excess pasta dough from the back of the disc.

Allow the remaining dough inside the openings to dry completely for approximately 8 hours. Once dry, gently tap the disc to remove the dough. Any remaining pieces can be pushed through from the front using the fine tip of the cleaning tool.
