The Ruby cocoa beans naturally present and fruity flavors along with the fresh ruby color, the Masters of Swiss Edel Couvertures received by a unique worldwide selection and production process. The Ruby cocoa beans come from traditional growing countries such as Brazil, Ecuador and the Ivory Coast and are processed in Dübendorf according to Swiss recipe first class. Over more than ten years of collaboration with Jacobs University in Bremen and more than 175 years of experience in cocoa, researchers have been able to detect and unleash the unique characteristics of Ruby cocoa beans - all without colorants and fruit flavors.
