The FunCakes Cupcakes Baking Mix is perfect for quickly and easily baking delicious cupcakes. This high-quality mix is ideal for anyone who loves tasty cupcakes. Preparation is simple – you only need eggs, butter, and a cupcake baking tin to create delightful cupcakes in no time.

Preparation: Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan oven 160°C). Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature. For 20-24 cupcakes, you need 500g of baking mix, 250g of softened butter, and 5 eggs (250g). Mix the batter at low speed for about 4 minutes until smooth. Place paper cupcake cases in a muffin tin and fill the cases about halfway with the batter using an ice cream scoop. Bake the cupcakes in the preheated oven for about 18-20 minutes.

Want to make mini cupcakes? With 500g of baking mix, you can bake 40-48 mini cupcakes. The baking time for mini cupcakes is reduced to about 12-15 minutes.

With the delicious Cupcakes Baking Mix, you can also bake a 25cm cake. Bake the cake at 150-160°C (fan oven) for about 60-70 minutes.
