This smooth vanilla-flavoured cream can be easily coloured with food colouring 🌈 or flavoured with any aroma of your choice, making it ideal for all your creative baking needs.

Preparation:
To prepare one batch, mix 150g of powder with 100ml of milk and 100ml of water, then whip at high speed for 3 minutes – and voilà! You can also use 200ml of milk or 200ml of water only. One batch of this enchanted frosting is enough to fill and cover a Ø 25 cm cake or pipe 24–30 cupcake swirls.

You can store leftover cream in the fridge for a few days and whip it again briefly before use. Perfect for parties, events or prepping ahead!
