The practical pouch allows precise portioning, making it ideal for decorating or preparing homemade pralines. It can be prepared in a water bath or in the microwave.

Preparation in a water bath

Place the unopened pouch in hot (not boiling) water at approx. 75 °C for about 10 minutes. Knead well to achieve a smooth consistency. Cut off one corner and spread over cooled baked goods.

Preparation in the microwave

Heat the unopened pouch at maximum 360 watts for about 1 minute. Repeat if necessary. Caution: Product may be hot. Do not overheat.

Unused glaze can be stored in a cool place and reheated.
