How to clean the disc:
Use our cleaning tool to clean the shaped discs. Before you clean the pasta discs. Take out the dough from the back of of the disc. Leave the rest of the dough dry for about 8 hours. Use the cleaning tool to remove the dough in the holes. Push the tool straight from the front. Never clean the disc from the back, as it might break.
