Durable POM Pasta Die ⚙️

The Pasta Die is made from POM (polyoxymethylene plastic), a material also used in the manufacture of precision components. The die is resistant, durable and dishwasher safe.

How to Clean Your Cavatappi Pasta Die 🧼

After making your pasta, first remove as much fresh dough as possible from the back of the die. Allow any dough remaining inside the smaller openings to dry completely for approximately 8 hours.

Once dry, gently tap the die to release the hardened dough. Any remaining dried pieces can be carefully pushed out from the front using a suitable fine cleaning tool. The die is also dishwasher safe.
