With Super Streusel SuperDrip Matcha, your cake decorations become both stunning and incredibly delicious. 🍵💚✨ This creamy drip glaze in a practical bottle adds a delicious slightly bitter matcha flavour and beautiful green drip effects to cakes, cupcakes, cookies and desserts.

The SuperDrip is super easy to melt in the microwave or water bath and can be applied directly onto baked treats.

The delicate matcha flavour pairs especially well with vanilla cakes, muffins, tray bakes, cookies, berry desserts and nut cakes. SuperDrip dries much faster than traditional chocolate, making it the perfect base for sprinkles and additional decorations.

The glaze can easily be reheated and stored conveniently at room temperature.

The natural chlorophyll in the matcha makes the green colour sensitive to light. If the colour changes slightly, simply reheat briefly and the bright green colour will return. 💚

Water bath instructions:
Heat water (do not boil) and remove from heat. Remove the cardboard seal and small cap. Place the bottle upright into the water for approximately 10 minutes. Squeeze gently to check if fully melted and repeat if necessary.

Microwave instructions:
Remove the cardboard seal and small cap. Heat the bottle for 30 seconds at a maximum of 800 watts. Squeeze and knead the bottle. Repeat in short 10-20 second intervals until fully melted.

Important: Do not allow water to enter the bottle as this may cause the glaze to become lumpy. Avoid overheating to maintain the best texture and flavour.
