The Cream Professional Food Colouring is a highly concentraded food colouring that can be used to colour sugarpaste, frosting, marzipan and more. Mix a small amount into your chosen application until desired shade of colour is achieved. With the Rainbow Dust Pro Gel Colour Cream you can achieve from pastel colour to a deep rich colour. The ProGel Food colouring is certified Koshe, and is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. The Pro Gel Colours are lactosefree.
Each gel is packed in a colour coordinated and clean-to-use plastic tube. The tubes contains a tamper evident seal under the screw top. Simply peel away and squeeze the gel out of the tube. No more messy containers making your tool box full of colour spots.
How to use: add the gel to the fondant or marzipan and knead it until the colour blends. Knead it well till the desired colour. Now the coloured fondant or marzipan is ready to use on your cake! The maximum recommended dosage is 3 grams per kilo of ready made product.
