Fabulous chocolate food colouring paste, ideal for colouring Sugar Paste or Royal Icing. All colours are strong and will deepen on drying. We recommend they are used sparingly. Chocolate Brown paste food colour is great for sugar and cake decorations. The Food Colour paste by sugarflair colours are many times more concentrated than supermarket icing colourings. The professional pastes (sometimes also called gels) go a very long way and one 25g pot could easily last months or even years.

This lovely shade of brown can help you achieve the most delicate of colours if it is used sparingly. Adding more gives you vibrant colours without changing the consistency of the product you are working with.

This strong Icing paste colourings can be used by adding a tiny amount to petal paste, flower paste, sugarpaste, marzipan, royal icing, fondant, roll out icing, white chocolate or buttercream.

Use a cocktail stick to apply the paste. This allows you to build up to the required shade. You can paint with Sugarflair Paste Colours by adding a little Rejuvenator Spirit or Dipping Solution. The Spectral Paste Food Colours are equally suitable for colouring sponge cake, mazipan, white chocolate, various other food and drinks.
