The Sugarflair edible Blossom Tint Nutkin Brown is an edible food colouring powders, suitable for creating beautiful, natural, lifelike effects on e.g. leaves, petals figures made of marzipan or fondant. The blossom tint powder colour can be used dry or to paint on. We recommend applying a small amount of powder with a soft brush.

Use the powder colour for brushing onto sugar work, in particular flowers and figurins. Brush onto sugar flowers to give a truly realistic appearance, or to fully colour or highlight surface decoration. You can also use the blossom tint colours to dye sugar paste, although the powder colour is far less effective than paste colours. Blossom Tint powder colour works with sugar paste, royal icing and white chocolate.
