The edible blossom tint dusting colour is great for dusting sugar flowers, models and other decorations. You can also mix the powder colour with Rejuvenator Spirit to create an edible paint. Brush onto sugar flowers to give a truly realistic appearance, or to fully colour or highlight surface decoration. You can also use the blossom tint colours to dye sugar paste, although the powder colour is far less effective than paste colours. Blossom Tint powder colour works with sugar paste, royal icing and white chocolate.
