The edible blossom tint Primrose is a yellow powdered edible food colouring. The blossom tint powder colours can be used dry or to paint on. Use the powder colour for brushing onto sugar work, in particular flowers and figurins. Brush onto sugar flowers to give a truly realistic appearance, or to fully colour or highlight surface decoration. You can also use the blossom tint colours to dye sugar paste, although the powder colour is far less effective than paste colours. Blossom Tint powder colour works with sugar paste, royal icing and white chocolate.
