The cloth for bannetons is suitable for round, long and oval proofing baskets for 500g dough. The fabric cover is stretched over the proofing basket before the dough is placed in the basket. Despite the textile the bread dough takes on the design and shape of the proofing basket. Lightly dust the cloth with bakers starch for a beautiful bread gloss.

The textiles should be washed in the washing machine at 40°C with conventional washing agents - without using of bleach, oxygen bleach or bleach-containing detergent, and do not use fabric softener. Washing up to 90°C is possible but not necessary.
