The Saracino Cake Gel is a versatile product in Cake Design. Use the Cake Gel for covering cake dummies to create an adhesive surfarce. Cake Gel or piping gel is also great for crumb coating cakes before icing. Cake Gel is also great for embroidery techniques in Royal Icing and to work with edible wafer papers.

You may also use the Saracino Cake Gel to greate water effects - simply use blue food colour to create dew drops, swimming pools, ponds or the sea to get the desired effect.
