The Kit Tarte Meringué is a new way of conveiving the tarte and making this traditional dessert even more captivating and contemporary. The Tarte MERINGUÉ Kit by Silikomarte is composed by two elements: a micro-perforated ring to create a shortcrust tarte base and a silicone mould that faithfully reproduces small tufts of meringue. These silicone mold and baking frame are resistant to freezing as to cooking. The silicone mould holds temperatures ranging from -60° C to 230° C, the perforated baking frames are heat resistant from -60°C to 180°C.
