Storage advice: Store between 16°C and 20°C in a dry and in closed packaging. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Once opened, wrap in cling film, and place inside an air tight container to prevent drying out.

Description

FunCakes Cocoabutter Drops are made from 100% pure cocoa butter and are 100% vegetable. The Cocoabutter Drops are perfectly suitable for high temperatures. The Cacao Butter Drops are great for making chocolates and pralines. But can also dilute melted FunCakes Deco Melts. Cacaobutter is an essential ingredients for chocolate making. The natural product can also be used to dilute melted Candy Melts.

Usage: for liquefying melted chocolate. Dosage: 10-15%.

The Cacao Butter Drops can be used to thin chocolate, as an ingredient in confectionery, and for giving marzipan figures a shiny coating. Melted cocoa butter can also be mixed with cocoa powder for cocoa butter painting techniques. For liquefying melted chocolate 10-15% dosage is recommendet.
