Storage information: Store in a cool, dry place at 12°C and 20°C. Due to different temperatures, the melts may melt in transit. They still can be used but they may not arrive in the original wafer shape. Follow the regular instructions on the package to process the melts.

Description

The FunCakes White Chocolate Melts are perfect for baking and chocolate making. With these white couverture callets made of belgian chocolate you can make beautiful and delicious candy bars and chocolates. The white melts are also perfect to make a drizzle for over a swirl or candy bars. Or dip you cookie or cupcake in the melted melts for a surprising effect.

Preparation: Pour the melts in a bowl suitable for the microwave. Melt at maximum power (±800W) in the microwave. To evenly spread the temperature, remove the chocolate every 15-20 seconds and stir well. Stop heating when the chocolate is almost completely melted (small bits of chocolate can still be seen). Keep stirring until the chocolate is dissolved. Make sure that no water is added!
