Description

The FunCake Rich Caramel can be used as dip, drip, drizzle and decoration. This delicious Rich Caramel can also be used as a filling or a flavouring in ice cream. The FunCakes Rich Caramel is perfect for cakes, donuts, cupcakes and much more.

The Rich Caramel is easy to use. For covering and piping: heat the product in the microwave for 1 minute at 340 W or warm au bain marie. The caramel can be reheated. For a quick buttercream or softer cake filling: mix the product with 165 gram softened butter for 5 minutes on high speed. Preparation: Heat on 340 W in the microwave for approx. 1 minute.
