The concentrated Sugarflair paste colour is particularly suitable for colouring fondant, marzipan and modelling paste. A small amount already adds colour, allowing you to gradually work towards your desired yellow shade.

The paste colour is water-based and is therefore less suitable for colouring high-fat mixtures such as buttercream. It is a great choice for fondant, marzipan and modelling paste.

🥄 How to Use Sugarflair Primrose

Use a clean cocktail stick to take a small amount of paste colour from the container and add it to your paste. Knead thoroughly until the colour is evenly distributed.

For a stronger shade, gradually add a little more colour, using a fresh cocktail stick each time. Always observe the maximum usable dose of 0.6g/kg.
