Sugarflair Colour Paste is particularly suitable for colouring fondant, marzipan and modelling paste. Only a small amount is needed to start adding colour, and you can gradually add more paste to achieve a deeper green shade.

Please note: As this food colouring is water-based, it is less suitable for high-fat mixtures such as buttercream. It is an excellent choice for fondant, marzipan and modelling pastes.
