Maximum Concentrated RED EXTRA paste food colour is a strong professional grade food colour that works perfectly with, fondant, sugarpaste, roll out icing, petal paste, flower paste, buttercream, glace icing, royal icing, liquid fondant mashed potato, pastry and salt dough.

Made to a gel like consistency this range of food colourings are very potent. Use in small amounts applying a little at a time (a cocktail stick is ideal for this) to build up your required tone of red. You can achieve the most delicate of pastel colours while adding more paste gives you vibrant colours without changing the consistency of the product you are working with.
