The versatile dark chocolate ganache is perfect for filling and covering cakes, decorating cupcakes, creating drip cakes and preparing dessert fillings. It is also ideal for ice cream, bavarois and dessert cups.

The ready-made ganache is enough to fill a 20cm cake with two layers or fill and cover a 25cm cake with one layer. It can also decorate approximately 20 to 25 cupcakes.

For a lighter texture, simply whip the ganache until fluffy. To cover cakes, gently heat it in the microwave or bain-marie until spreadable.
