This Orange emulsion from LorAnn contains only natural orange extracts and tastes like freshly picked oranges. The LorAnn Professional Bakery Emulsions differ from the concentrated extracts by a rich, solid and persistent taste. The emulsions are particularly suitable for use under more extreme conditions, for example high temperature processing.
