The preparation is quick and easy. Simply add butter and eggs to create bakery-style brownies with minimal effort. For extra texture, chopped walnuts or hazelnuts can be added.

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 160°C (140°C fan-assisted). Mix 500g baking mix with 250g melted butter and 3 eggs (approximately 150g). Mix on low speed for 5 minutes. Pour into a lined baking tin and bake for approximately 35 minutes. Allow to cool completely and chill for at least 1 hour before slicing.
