Preparation:
Whip 250g of the macarons powder mix with 50-60g of water for about 7-10 minutes ad medium speed until you obtain a smooth and even mixture. Fill the mixture in a piping bag and pipe small discs on a macaron mat. Use a macaron silicone mat for macarons which will allow you to obtain the perfect macarons size. Let the mixture rest for about two hours until it forms a slight crust on the macarons. Then place in oven. Preheat the oven at 150°C (convection oven 135°C) and bake for 15 minutes.
