Tip the Crème Pâtissière Mix into a bowl and add 500 ml of water per 200g of mixture. Whisk the mixture with a hand mixer for 5 minutes on the highest level to a smooth mass. Let the cream set for a while before using. The pastry cream is now ready for use and is perfect as filling for tarts, cream puffs and donuts. The Confectioner's custard can also be baked in or on a products such as a cake.
