Preparation:
For warm dishes: Stir 6g into 100ml liquid and simmer lightly for 2 minutes. Leave to set in the fridge for 3 hours.
For cold dishes: Stir 6g into 100ml liquid and simmer lightly for 1 minute. Cool slightly and gradually stir in preferred cold ingredients. Leave to set in the fridge for 3 hours.
