👉 Preparation:

• Allow fondant to reach room temperature

• Knead well until smooth & elastic

• Dust surface with icing sugar, roll out to 2–3 mm thickness

• To cover a round cake (Ø 20 cm), approx. 500 g is needed

• For best results after colouring, let rest 1 hour (covered), then knead again
