Renshaw Atlantic Blue ‘Just Roll With It’ Fondant Icing is a brilliantly versatile all-rounder icing. It is perfect for covering, sculpted cakes and creating simple models. Knead icing on a clean, dry surface until smooth and pliable.
Lightly dust surface with icing sugar and roll the icing to 2-4mm thick. To cover your cake, lift the sugarpaste with the rolling pin and drape over prepared cake. Run your hand over the top of the cake then secure under the top edge. Smooth down the sides with the palm of your hand, and if you have one, finish with a smoother. Finally, trim the excess icing.

To cover a cake of approximately Ø 24cm-26cm you will need 500g sugarpaste. Coloured RegalIce can be mixed with white fondant to makes lots of different shades.
e.g. white + pink = pale pink, white + teddy bear brown = skintone, white + jetblack = grey.
How to use:
Kneat until pliable and mould or roll out on a surface lightly dustet with icing sugar to desired thickness.
