The pasta die is made from POM (polyoxymethylene), a robust plastic also used for the production of precision components. Its durable and resistant construction makes it a practical choice for regularly preparing your favourite homemade pasta.

How to Clean Your Pappardelle Pasta Die 🧼

After making pasta, first remove as much fresh dough as possible from the back of the die. Allow any dough remaining inside the openings to dry completely for approximately 8 hours.

Once the dough is completely dry, gently tap the die to loosen it. Any remaining pieces can then be carefully removed from the openings using a suitable fine cleaning tool.
