Before baking grease the baking tin and put the prepared dough in it. Close the lid and bake your toast bread according to the recipe. After baking, shape the breat and let it cool on a rack. After use, clean the baking tin and let it dry in the warm oven. Alusteel is an extra strong and heat-resistant steel with a non-detachable aluminum coating on both sides.

Please note: Before first use, the uncoated blue-steel baking pan must burn out at 230° C for half an hour. Then coat the baking tin (inside and outside) with vegetable fat and bake for another half hour at 230° C. Place the baking pan upside down in the oven, so that the excess grease can run out. The greasing of the baking mold should prevent the pan from rust. However light rust is normal on these bakeware.
