Use the white Velvet Spray to give a unique velvety finish to your frozen cakes, desserts and ice creams. A small amount is sufficient to achieve a white structure with an exclusive soft touch. The spray contains high-quality cocoa butter and food coloring, however, cannot be used on chocolate. It is also very important that the food is frozen or cooled very well before getting the velvet coat, because cocoa butter reacts just like regular butter and can melt onto warm or room temperature surfaces.
Instructions:
Shake well and ensure that the can is warmed to 25-35°C before use by placing in warm water. Spray onto a chilled or frozen surface from a distance of 25-30cm. The recommended setting time before consumption is approx. 4 hours.
