The Patisse Profi Pullman Loaf Pan with Lid 30cm is ideal for baking bread. The baking pan can be heated up to 190°C in the long-term and up to 215°C over the short-term. Directions for Use:
Grease your PATISSE bakeware lightly before every use. Before using your bakeware the very first time, it's recommended to bake the mould empty for about 10 minutes in the oven with a temperature of about 180°C. To clean your PATISSE bakeware, rinse in warm water, wipe it with a cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not clean in the dishwasher.
