The ProGel Essential food colouring set by Rainbow Dust includes one tube each of Black, Red, Leaf Green, Pink, Yellow and Baby Blue highly concentrated food colouring gels. These ready-to-use colours are perfect for colouring fondant, icing, buttercream, marzipan, cake batter and much more. The ProGel multipack is an ideal starter set.

This set includes six essential shades, making it ideal for both beginners and professional bakers.

Recommended dosage:
Max. 2.5–3g per kg decoration or approx. 1g per kg cake batter.

You only need a small amount of ProGel to achieve deep, vibrant colours. Simply add a small amount of colour to your mixture and knead or mix thoroughly. Repeat until the desired intensity is reached. Thanks to the tube packaging, the gel colours are easy and precise to dose.

Depending on the amount used, you can create anything from soft pastel shades to strong, bold colours. The recommended maximum dosage is 3 grams per kilogram of decoration or 1g per kilogram of cake batter. Please follow the maximum dosage indicated on the packaging.
