The Decora meringue powder mix is perfect to make fragrant meringues and pavolas, to cover and decorate cakes as well as to stabilize butter creams. Simply mix the Meringue Mix Powder with Water and add food colouring if you wish.
Preparation meringue: Whip 300g mix with 90g of warm water for about 10 minutes, until obtaining a firm and stable mixture. Put the mixture into a piping bag and make small swirls on a parchment paper sheet. Bake at 60-80°C for about 2 hours. For stabilizing the buttercream use your favorite recipe and add 30g of the mix in 500g of butter. You'll get a perfect butter cream!
