You will also need:
– 190 ml vegetable oil
– 3 eggs (size M)
– 5 tbsp water
– 1 jar sour cherries (drained weight approx. 350 g)

Easy steps:
1. Preheat oven to 175 °C (top/bottom heat).
2. Mix baking mix, oil, eggs and water for about 2 minutes at medium speed.
3. Pour batter into a lined 26 cm springform pan and spread cherries on top.
4. Bake for approx. 40 minutes (skewer test).
5. Let cool and decorate as desired.
