Dr. Oetker Mini Cinnamon Rolls Baking Mix makes it easy to prepare 16 irresistible mini cinnamon rolls at home. 🍩✨

The mix includes dough mix, cinnamon filling mix and glaze mix – and requires no rising time. Perfect for brunch, coffee breaks or sweet treats at home.

You will also need: 100 ml lukewarm water, 75 g soft butter and approx. 1 tbsp water or milk.

Preparation:
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Preheat oven (top/bottom heat 200 °C, fan 180 °C).

Mix dough mix with water and 50 g butter. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth. Roll out into a rectangle (approx. 25 x 30 cm). Melt remaining butter and mix with the cinnamon filling.

Spread filling evenly over dough. Roll up tightly from the long side. Cut into 16 equal slices and place cut side up on baking tray. Bake on the middle shelf for 12–14 minutes.

Mix glaze with water or milk until thick and spread over the warm cinnamon rolls. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
