Description

The FunCakes Zesty Strawberry Flavour Paste offers a fresh strawberry taste with a slightly tangy note. This flavour paste adds a bright and fruity character to your creations and is perfect for enhancing cake fillings, buttercream, bavarois, or ice cream with an intense strawberry flavour.

For best results, use approximately 30 g of flavour paste per 500 g of mixture. This creates a pleasantly fresh strawberry taste with a subtle zesty acidity, ideal for fruity desserts.

FunCakes flavour pastes are very versatile and can also be added directly to cake batter, muffin batter, or cookie dough, making them suitable for baking. When baking at high temperatures (above 200 °C / 392 °F), it is recommended to use a little more flavour paste, as heat can slightly reduce the flavour intensity.

The flavour paste can also be added to chocolate ganache, giving it a fresh and fruity strawberry twist.
