The Morga malt extract is made from pure barley and is ideal for baking and sweetening. Malt extract is often used for baking bread (toast). Morga malt extract can be used to replace sugar and gives the food a distinctive aroma. When baking, it is recommended to add 2 teaspoons of Morga malt extract per 500g flour. The malt extract is enzyme-inactivated and ideal in muesli, pastries, bread and yoghurt.
