The Patisse Silver-Top Mini Quiche pan can be heated up to 230°C in the long-term and up to 250°C over the short-term. This min quiche pan has a non-stick layer with removable bottoms, giving you the perfect results every time. The baking pan measures 31cm x 21.5cm x 2cm.

Directions for Use:
Grease your PATISSE bakeware lightly before every use. Before using your bakeware the very first time, it's recommended to bake the mould empty for about 10 minutes in the oven with a temperature of about 180°C. To clean your PATISSE bakeware, rinse in warm water, wipe it with a cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not clean in the dishwasher.
